And you're so hateful sometimes,
Throwing punches at lies
Fall from somewhere above

Josey had just woken up to a gorgeous day outside. She was worn out from the day before, but she really needed some coffee and she couldn't find any in the van. Normally the rest of the band members think that it would be funny to hide Josey's things somewhere in the bus. This time, she looked in every place that she could think of and it was no where to be found. Josey quickly got dressed, throwing the first thing that she could find on and stepped out of the van with her hair in a ponytail and no make up on. Not that she really ever wore any, but she did wear some, depending on what she was going to do that day. It was a rather hot day, and she was glad that she was wearing a dress. Josey remembered seeing a Starbucks on their way in and knew that it was in walking distance. She set off in the direction that she remembered seeing it and smiled to herself when she saw it as she turned the corner. She walked in and walked up to the counter and order a coffee, black. Just the way she liked it. She gave the man her money and took the change, slowly walking over to sit at a table. When she sat down, she had some guys smiling and trying to get her attention but she wasn't in a flirting mood or anything like that. For Josey, this was unusual and strange. Even if she had to admit it, even though she was kind of liking it.
The guy at the counter called her name and she got up and grabbed her coffee and went to sit back down at the table. When she took a sip of the steaming coffee, it burned the back of her throat but it was waking her up, slowly but surely. She looked through her purse trying to find her phone, but couldn't find her. It just hit her that she never grabbed it off of the charger when she left the van. She hated leaving her phone, because when she got back, she always had tons of messages and missed phone calls. That's what she gets for being 'popular'. She put her purse on the floor beside her and took her sunglasses off, placing them on her head. Josey was warn out from her show last night. It really wasn't the show, it was the party afterwords. She had a pretty bad hangover, but by now, she was more than used to them.
She took yet another sip of her coffee and crossed her legs, biting her lip some. She did this a lot, and it was too sexual, making people fall in her clutches. Honestly, she never even knew that she was doing it. Josey wasn't feeling like her normal self today. Maybe it was the alcohol, yet maybe it wasn't. Her head was pounding and she needed to stop thinking so much, I guess you could say she needed to clear her mind. She watched people walk in and out of the little room, ignoring when people acknowledged her. It's not like she was intentionally being a bitch, she was just too tired and hungover to even act like she cared. She knew that if the right person walked in, she would say something to them, but as far as she could see, there was nothing in here that was worth her time.
